Can I modify or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast fulfillment. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us immediately at help@lovexsicko.com. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made, we'll do our best to help.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please email help@lovexsicko.com as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the address.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States, Canada, and select international locations.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

My package says delivered, but I haven't received it.
